We had the opportunity to work with Christy Boland and she was amazing! She assisted us with the sell of our home and the purchase of our new one. She was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. She was very knowledgeable about the market and helping us get the most for our home with the quickest sale time possible. We had sold our home and were in our new one in less than two months. The whole team at Jimmy Welch work very well together and were very responsive to our needs. They were always available to assist us and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Christy and the Jimmy Welch team to anyone! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future!

My wife and I have been so impressed with the level of service that we received from our Real Estate agent, Rachel Touchstone, during our home search and purchase. As this was my first home purchase she was instrumental in guiding me through the myriad of decisions that would protect me in the purchase procedures. She hasn’t just sold us our home, she has become a friend that stays in touch with many times since our purchase was finalized. Claudia Heavrin worked tirelessly to sell my husband’s home when we recently married. She was extremely helpful in suggesting improvements to increase traffic and drive a quick sale. I have since referred her to my son and my sister, and she did an excellent job finding homes for them. Claudia is a highly ethical real estate professional with the knowledge and experience that both buyers and sellers can rely on!

I had quite the process to sell my house, however Rachel made everything so much easier. She helped me in establishing a reasonable and realistic selling price that allowed my home to receive multiple offers while also exceeding some of the comps in my area. She further assisted me in finding reputable companies to perform repairs and even came to the quote appointments to be sure the quote appeared reasonable. I highly recommend Rachel and everyone on the team!

Taylor Maupin with Keller Williams / Jimmy Welch assisted us in buying our first home in mid 2019, and she was the best! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, professional, and is still to this day always eager to help with any questions we may have. She went and continues to go above and beyond for us, and we are very thankful. Jackie was the best! Ona whim we devices to come look at houses and kept adding more to see while we were in town. Decided the next day to go look at more and then ended up going back with my husband later that evening and the next day. She worked her whole schedule to make sure we could see everything we wanted to see while we were in Town. Jackie is so enthusiastic, a very genuine person and a great listener. When we were confused on which house we wanted she reminded us of our original criteria and helped point out the pros and cons we had mentioned. She was truly so excited for us and happy for our purchase. She seemed to really have fun doing her job. Jackie’s strong work ethic is very evident and it pays off for her clients. She’s the best!

5 Stars for the Jimmy Welch Team! I only met with Linda Hill once and first impressions of her were great! She was extremely nice, understanding, and willing to work with what I had. In being only 26 she was able to explain how the system works and break things down on an easy to understand level. Never once i felt that she was pushing "just to make a sale". She opened up about her family and made the conversation feel personable rather than simply a meeting, and I loved that. Highly recommend. I will be using her in the future.

Linda Hill has been an absolute pleasure to work with on selling our house! She is very knowledgeable and responsive to any question or concern we have had. Jackie was the best agent with whom we have ever worked! We live out-of-town and hadn’t seen our property for 5 years. She evaluated the condition of the property for us, made suggestions on what needed to be done to help the property sell quickly and for the best price, and managed multiple projects to update our property before putting it on the market. She kept us updated and well informed, always responding quickly to texts and emails,. Her advice and suggestions throughout the process on repairs/updates needed, price, and best time to list the property were clearly spot on, as the property sold quickly and for top dollar. Jackie’s enthusiasm and energy to help you and to sell your property are unbeatable; she genuinely wants to help you, respects your opinions and desires, and wants to do what she can to sell your property quickly and for the best price. Her negotiation skills were excellent and helped to get a great final offer! The whole process, from our renters moving out and getting renovations done, to closing day, took less than 6 weeks because of Jackie’s incredible hard work and professionalism!
